Responsible Gaming at 80bd

We want every player in Bangladesh to enjoy gaming as entertainment — safely, within their means, and always in control.

Gaming Should Always Be Fun

At 80bd, we believe that online gaming — whether it's cricket betting, live casino, slots, or crash games — is a form of entertainment, not a way to earn income. We are committed to providing a safe and responsible environment for all players across Bangladesh, from Dhaka and Chittagong to Sylhet and Cox's Bazar.

Responsible gaming means setting boundaries before you start, recognising when gambling stops being fun, and having the courage to step back when needed. 80bd provides a range of practical tools to help you stay in control at all times — whether you are depositing via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any other method supported on our platform.

21+

Adults Only — 21+ Strictly Enforced

This platform is exclusively for adults aged 21 and above. We carry out age verification checks to prevent underage access. If you suspect a minor is using this platform, please contact our support team immediately.

We strongly encourage all 80bd players to treat gambling as leisure spending — just like going to the cinema or a sporting event. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose, and never chase losses. Every session should be enjoyed calmly, with a clear head and a pre-set budget.

Our Commitment to Players

80bd takes its duty of care seriously. These are the concrete steps we take to protect every player on our platform:

  • We enforce strict age verification — all players must confirm they are 21 or older before accessing real-money games.
  • We provide transparent account history so players can monitor their gambling activity with complete accuracy.
  • We never target advertising at vulnerable individuals or those who have self-excluded from our platform.
  • We train our support staff to recognise signs of problem gambling and respond with empathy and practical guidance.
  • We make responsible gaming tools easily accessible from within your account settings — no long waits, no barriers.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Gambling becomes harmful when it stops being a choice and starts becoming compulsive. Watch for these warning signs in yourself or someone close to you:

Spending more money than intended on each session
Gambling to recover money previously lost
Neglecting family, work, or daily responsibilities
Feeling anxious or irritable when not gambling
Hiding your gambling activity from others
Borrowing money or selling assets to fund gambling

If any of these apply to you, act now.

Reach out to our support team at 80bd or contact a local helpline. Taking the first step is the hardest part — we are here to help you through it without judgment.

Practical Tips for Safer Play

These simple habits can make a real difference to your long-term gaming experience on 80bd:

Decide how much you are comfortable spending before your session begins — and stick to that amount no matter the outcome. Treat it the same way you would a night out or a movie ticket. Once the budget is spent, close the app and do something else.
Set a timer on your phone before you start playing. When it goes off, take a real break — stand up, have some water, check in on your family. Playing without a time limit is one of the most common ways people lose track of their spending.
Stress, grief, loneliness, or financial pressure are not good reasons to open the 80bd app. Gambling while distressed almost always makes problems worse, not better. If you are going through a difficult time, step away from the platform and talk to someone you trust.
Gaming should be one part of a varied leisure life, not the only one. During Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or any festival season, enjoy time with family and friends first. Use the 80bd app as a bonus treat, not as your main source of entertainment or stress relief.

Responsible Gaming in Bangladesh

80bd primarily serves players across Bangladesh — including major cities like Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Khulna, Sylhet, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. We recognise that online gambling occupies a complex legal and cultural space in Bangladesh, and we take our responsibility to protect players in this context especially seriously.

If at any point you feel that your gaming habits are affecting your family relationships, your finances, or your daily work and study, please use the self-exclusion or time-out tools available in your account, or reach out to our support team directly. You are not alone, and help is always available at 80bd.
